Dispatch & Processing Times

Dispatch times may vary depending on the type of item ordered.

Standard items: Dispatched within 1–3 business days
Made-to-order / customised items: Dispatched within 3–7 business days

Business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. If your order contains multiple item types, dispatch time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.

UK Shipping

Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
Express Shipping (if available): 1–2 business days

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.

European Shipping

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import charges that may apply.

USA & Canada Shipping

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched, where available.

Incorrect Address

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos if applicable, and we will investigate.
